Bio:

Bird is well known as Number One superstar in Thailand. When he was a young boy, his father passed away leaving all the children with his mother. Growing up poor,  the only place he could present his talent was at school.

After graduation, he worked at a Thai Farmers Bank and moonlighted as a model. Soon he was given a chance to act in his first TV drama series, by Channel 3. Thus began his acting career.

In 1983, he participated in a singing contest, held by Sayarm Kolakarn Music Foundation. He won the outstanding singer award and two other special awards. Scouts from
Grammy Entertainment, one of the biggest music companies in Thailand attended the contest and offered Bird a record contract. His first album came out in 1986, under the name "The Beach, the Wind and the Two of Us"  Since then, he has released 13 of his own albums, excluding many other special ones.

His staying power is remarkable. Since his first album, he has maintained superstar status in Thailand. His latest album has a sale record of 3 million copies. Tickets to his recent concerts sold out in a single day.
